Delete your Reptimorph account

1. In the Reptimorph Breeding app

1. Open the app and log in.
2. On the scanner screen, tap the gear icon at the top right (Settings).
3. In the Account section, tap "Delete my account".
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap "Delete my account permanently".

2. On reptimorph.io

1. Log in on reptimorph.io.
2. Open your dashboard, then Settings.
3. In the "Delete my account" part, click "Delete my account".
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then click "Delete my account permanently".

3. Without access to your account

Write to contact@reptimorph.io from the email address of your account and ask for its deletion. We check that the request comes from the account holder and handle it within one month at most.

4. What is deleted

• your email address, your password and your open sessions; Sign in with Apple access is revoked;
• your profile: name, phone, address, description, profile picture, banner and social links;
• your animals, their history (meals, sheds, weights, treatments, notes) and their photos;
• your favorites, alerts, followers and followed members, notifications, listing templates, event registrations, badges and questions asked to the assistant;
• the members helping you track your animals, and the breedings you help with;
• your newsletter subscription.

5. What is removed from the site

• your listings online are archived and no longer shown;
• pending offers, made or received, are declined.

6. What is kept, without your name

• orders, payments, invoices, disputes and after-sales requests, for our legal, tax and accounting obligations, for the period stated in our privacy policy;
• your messages, reviews and forum posts, which also involve other members: they remain shown under an anonymous username ("supprime-…").

This data is no longer linked to your email address or your name. Copies may remain in our backups for up to 30 days.

7. When deletion is not possible yet

• an order is in progress, as a buyer or a seller (payment, shipping, dispute);
• an auction is running on one of your listings, or you bid on a running auction;
• a paid subscription is active: cancel it first in Settings, in the Subscription part;
• the account is an administrator account.

The reason is shown when you try to delete the account.
